Who is Loloi best for?

How do I see pricing?
If you have an existing Loloi trade account, sign in to see wholesale pricing. If you don't have an existing Loloi account, contact us and we’ll direct you to your Loloi sales representative.
If you’re an end consumer (not a trade professional), visit our How to Buy section where we can direct you to some local or online retailers that will display retail pricing.
What is Minimum Advertised Price?
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) is the lowest price at which a merchant can advertise a product. It helps enable a consistent minimum price across all sellers. Occasionally, Loloi may temporarily lower MAPs to enable deeper promotions. Some Loloi products have a MAP, and others do not. A product that is unrestricted by MAP means that merchants can advertise that product at any price. This product is often sold via online retailers at a competitive price.
MAP protected products are available at wholesale prices but are unable to be sold at a higher price.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, if you have a Loloi trade account, you may order 18’’ samples in select designs of most collections for $25. 18" samples are not eligible for return. For more information, please email customerservice@loloirugs.com.
Please take time to look through the samples that I carry, which can be found here. If you are in the Chicago area, I am happy to let you borrow a sample if needed, restrictions apply.
What is the order minimum?
For rugs, there is no order minimum. For pillows and throws, the opening order minimum is 2 in any variety and the reorder minimum is 2 in any variety.
How do I order Designer product?
Some collaborations are limited to only approved Loloi trade accounts. If you’re approved, you’ll have access to order the collaboration products. If you’re not approved, yet are interested, please contact us.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 30 days for non-defective items, 7 days for defective items, and 4 days for claims on shortages or missing items. Only returns or claims made prior to these respective time periods will be reviewed. If upon return Loloi Rugs determines there is damage or defect due to usage, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the rug plus all shipping charges. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns of non-defective products. We do not accept returns for pillows, throws, poufs, wall art or 18" x 18" rug samples. We also do not accept returns for items consumers have purchased from our retail partners.
How do I start a return?
To make a return, please visit your Order History, where you’ll see an option to return items with instructions on how to do so.
Where are the Loloi showrooms?
Loloi has showrooms in Atlanta and Dallas that are open throughout the year, with Market Only showrooms in Highpoint, NC and Las Vegas, NV.
